iPod by Boeing

The oft-quoted and ever-quotable Teal Group analyst Richard Aboulafia makes like a Zen master with these musings about a new Yellow Peril for the 21st century — the idea that Asian nations are stealing America’s aerospace advantages. His take: Relax and turn up the volume.
Key Quote: “Apple invented the iPod, markets it, sells it, supports it, and integrated the whole concept. But they don’t care about building it. With the 787, Boeing is moving in Apple’s direction. Touch labor is gradually moving to the Third World, or to Asian countries with pointless industrial strategies.”
