Boeing with a fresh Slate

Slate, the online magazine, wrote about Boeing’s recent market successes, which, come to think of it, really are striking compared to the mess in Chicago in recent years.
Key Quote: “(Boeing) has found loads of eager customers in unexpected places. In the first quarter, orders came in from airlines most stock analysts have never heard of, let alone flown: Indian low-cost carrier SpiceJet, Brazilian discounter GOL Airlines, and England’s First Choice Airways.”
The story seems to have been written by someone who doesn’t follow the company much, but it’s an interesting look by an outsider more familiar with Wall Street than Casino Road. (Note to non-locals: Boeing’s Everett mailing adress is on West Casino Road.)
