Sweet chocolate revenge with Leslie Lightner, noon to 1:30 p.m. Aug. 1, $22. Menu: Double chocolate cream pie, chocolate ladyfinger cake and chocolate-banana trifle.
Hawaiian and Pacific Rim cuisine with Hope Sandler, 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. Aug. 2, $55, limited to 16 students. Menu: Blackened ahi with soy mustard sauce, Thai melon soup, seared lemongrass crusted salmon with watercress ginger sauce.
Thai Grill with culinary instructor Pranee Halvorsen, 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Aug. 7, $45. Menu: Grilled tri-tip steak with mint and lime dipping sauce, grilled white prawn with pear salsa, grilled marinated chicken satay, peanut sauce, cucumber salad with shallot, cilantro and ginger, and Pranee’s cocktail.
Summer fruit desserts with Conni Brownell of The Charmed Radish, 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Aug. 9, $40. Menu: Mascarpone panna cotta with raspberries, watermelon sorbet, berry cobbler with cinnamon biscuit topping, cherry claffoutis with whipped cream, strawberry souffles.
