Common sense must have a role

It sounds to me as though when someone you know is missing, and the sheriff’s hands are tied by rules, all you have to do is report them as a terrorist and all phone calls will be monitored. Automatically…

I really do not mean to make light of any of the suffering, just to point out how ridiculous our government laws are getting. Similar to a person arrested for rape of a juvenile is released on small bail before seeing a judge, and posts bail and is gone. There is no room for common sense in the law, or maybe in our lives anymore.
