The area’s cross country runners are gearing up for the postseason. Just three meets remain, starting with this Saturday’s league championship meets at Lakewood High School. Competitors from the Western Conference and the Cascade Conference will push themselves to exhaustion to try to earn league honors and prepare for the upcoming district and state meets.
