Arlington: City offers community classes
The City of Arlington plans to offer several classes in November and December.
Classes include food handling, fused glass plates and first aid.
The classes cost between $10 and $80 each.

Stanwood: Quilters sew for the troops
Quilters are invited to sew quilts for injured troops with the Stanwood-Camano Hero Quilters from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday.
The event is scheduled to be held in the Stanwood Senior Center, 7430 276th St. NW.
The group is sewing in conjunction with American Hero Quilts.
