Edmonds: City looks at board members

Two people may be appointed tonight to fill open positions on the Edmonds Historic Preservation Commission.

The appointments are planned for today’s 7 p.m. City Council meeting at the Public Safety Complex, 250 Fifth Ave. N.

The nominees slated to fill the two open seats are Andrew Eccleshall and Daniel Kerege. The City Council must confirm the two appointments.

The Edmonds Historic Preservation Commission oversees efforts to preserve historic places in the city. Two people retired from the commission because their terms were expiring at the end of this year.
