$96 to the Washington State Patrol in Olympia for background checks for residents applying for concealed weapons permits.
Everett: $66,718 to the law firm of Kirkpatrick &Lockhart Preston Gates Ellis of Seattle for legal work performed on the riverfront redevelopment project in August.
$108,333 to the Association of Attorneys for the Accused in Everett for legal defence in municipal court for people who cannot afford an attorney in October.
$1.05 million to of Lincoln City, Ore.-based Stallar J. Corp. to construct a 5 million water holding tank at the Everett water filtration plant.
Marysville: $321,360 to Gary Harper Construction Inc. of Redmond for improvements to the Edward Springs Well.
$27,983 to Otak of Kirkland for appraisal for the right-of-way for a new water main to be built west of 67th Avenue NE between 100th Street NE and 132nd Street NE.

Snohomish County: $4.6 million to Strider Construction Company of Bellingham to widen and repave 51st Avenue NE at 122nd Place NE near Marysville.
