Everett: Class for new parents offered
Everett Community College and the Little Red School House are offering a new parent and toddler class for those with children ages 18 months to 3 years old.
The class is scheduled for 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. Wednesdays at The Children’s Village, 14 E. Casino Road. The class is staffed by an experienced children’s teacher and parent educator fluent in Spanish.
Parents who attend and participate with their children can receive two community college credits.
The cost is $35 per month.

Everett Transit is offering Fare Free Sundays through the month of December. Take the bus to go shopping, see a movie, attend an event or visit friends and family.

Lake Stevens: Center needs help
The Lake Stevens Family Support Center needs volunteers to assist with a variety of jobs.
Types of duties include clerical, reception, program facilitation, special-event planning, committee work and child program assistance.

Mukilteo: Santa Claus at flight center
Santa and Mrs. Claus have scheduled an appearance this weekend at the Future of Flight Aviation Center &Boeing Tour in Mukilteo.
The event is scheduled from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sunday at the center at 8415 Paine Field Blvd. Ticket prices during the event are half-price for people who bring a canned food donation.
In conjunction with the event, the Boeing and Future of Flight stores are offering discounts and free gift wrapping.
The 73,000-square-foot Future of Flight Aviation Center celebrates the technological possibilities for powered, winged flight during the next 50 years.

Snohomish: Game club set for seniors
The Snohomish Senior Center plans to start a weekly Scrabble group at the center, starting at 1 p.m. on Jan. 7. The center is temporarily located at St. Michael’s Church, 1514 Pine Ave.
This is a fun game for two or more players, especially for those who like word games or crossword puzzles.
