Yeast breads at home with Hope Sandler, 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. Jan. 15, $65. Menu: Bread basket bread, Calabrain pitta, wild mushroom pizza.

Knife skills, hands-on with Seppo Farey, 6:30 to 9 p.m. Jan. 10, $55. Techniques will include julienning, dicing, chopping, mincing, fileting and more. Menu: Lemon cilantro chicken soup and Japanese sukiyaki.
Soups in a snap with Leslie Lightner, noon to 1:15 p.m. Jan. 16, $22. Menu: Yankee corn chowder, two-mushroom barley soup, super-quick vegetable soup.
The well-balanced meal with Leslie Lightner, 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Jan. 17, $25. Menu: Lemon-ginger chicken, bulgur and lentil pilaf, broccoli-cauliflower gratin and baked meringue apples.
