$214 to the Arlington School District to transport students to the Arlington High School Respect Summit.

$8,672 to Blue Marble Environmental of Seattle to consult on Arlington’s recycling program.

Everett: $18,683 to Berk &Associates of Seattle for an annexation study.

$15,897 to online retailer Ham Radio Outlet for radio equipment.

$145,871 to New York-based global insurer Marsh USA for pollution liability coverage for Everett Riverfront.

Marysville: $75,000 to Makers Inc. of Seattle to study a possible makeover of downtown Marysville.

$49,914 to Perteet Engineering of Everett to study timing and cost of a planned new road connecting the ends of 40th Street NE and Highway 92, between 83rd Avenue NE and Highway 9, in the Whiskey Ridge area.
