$31 to Sno-King Stamp of Lynnwood for stamps and ink for the Edmonds Police Department.

Everett: $1.49 million to Gillig Corp. of Hayward, Calif., for four hybrid buses and parts.

$1.79 million to Hall Conway Jackson Inc. of Bothell for insurance.

$600,000 to the Everett Public Facilities District for debt service on the Everett Events Center.
