All-league teams announced

Archbishop Thomas Murphy senior pitcher Nick Karthas was selected as the Northwest 1A League’s Most Valuable Player.

Karthas, along with teammates Jeff Arkell and Chris Mitchell, also earned first-team, all-league honors.

The Wildcats also had four players selected to the first-team, all-league softball squad. Pitchers Kaitlyn Kennedy, Kayelynne Huggins, infielder Liz Kennedy and outfielder Danielle Shandera were first-team selections.
