Everett City Council, 8:30 a.m. Wednesday, City Council Chambers, 3002 Wetmore Ave. The Council is scheduled to vote on a bill that would authorize Everett Mayor Ray Stephanson to sign an $8 million land sale deal with San Diego developer OliverMcMillan.

Snohomish County PUD Board of Commissioners, 9 a.m. today at the Commission Meeting Room, 2320 California St. Commissioners are scheduled to vote on a $105,000 settlement with US Bank to acquire land at Turners Corner for new transmission lines.

Snohomish County Council, 9:30 a.m. today, eighth-floor council chambers of the Drewel Administration Building, 3000 Rockefeller Ave., Everett. The Law and Justice-Human Services Committee plans to discuss housing and hear a report from Sheriff John Lovick.
