Everett City Council, 8:30 a.m. today, City Council Chambers, 3002 Wetmore Ave. The Council is scheduled to vote on a bill authorizing Everett Mayor Ray Stephanson to sign an $8 million land sale deal with San Diego developer OliverMcMillan.

The Arlington Planning Commission meeting set for Tuesday has been canceled.

Snohomish County Council, 9 a.m., 10:30 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. today, eighth floor of the Drewel Administration Building, 3000 Rockefeller Ave., Everett. The council plans to consider a labor contract with the corrections officers and in the evening hold a hearing on the annual changes to the county land-use plans and policies.
