Job on a stick: Berry picker

Name: Diana Kovalevich
Age: 15
Hometown: Marysville
High School: Marysville-Pilchuck
Occupation: Berry picker
Pros: The good thing about this job is it gives a teenager an opportunity to get some money over the summer. You get a good dose of sun, and have fun with people your age. It’s not a hard job for a teenager.
Cons: The not-so-good thing about this job is waking up early. Summer, for a teenager, is a time to sleep in. The strawberry fights get you all red, sticky and cranky.
