Everett City Council, 8:30 a.m. Wednesday in the Everett City Council Chambers, 3002 Wetmore Ave. The agenda includes a proposed $99,000 contract with HDR Engineering of Lynnwood to investigate groundwater contamination at the former GTS Drywall site east of I-5 at the Everett Riverfront project.

Snohomish Planning Commission, 7 p.m. Wednesday in the George Gilbertson Boardroom, 1601 Ave. D. The agenda includes a public hearing on amendments to the city’s comprehensive plan.

Community Transit Board of Directors, 3 p.m. Thursday, Community Transit Board Room, 7100 Hardeson Road, Everett. The agenda includes a contract with a research firm for a bus corridor study.
