What are your specifications for the Silvertips coaching job?

So, we’re well into the doldrums of the WHL offseason, at least for those who had no chance of advancing to the Memorial Cup — congratulations Kelowna — so I figured it was time for some discussion of Everett’s vacant coaching position.
For those of you looking for an update on possible candidates, this is not that update. Tips general manager Doug Soetaert vowed to disappear for the entire month of May, and the combination of high school playoffs and non-work obligations have prevented me from doing much digging. So I’m afraid I have no names for the fans to salivate over.
But what I would like to know, should anyone be checking here during the offseason, are the attributes you’d like to see in the next coach. Do you want Everett’s next coach to stress offense or defense? Do you want a tactician who knows his Xs and Os, or do you want a stern disciplinarian who demands full effort in every game? Do you want a grizzled veteran who’s been through the wars, or do you want a youthful face who brings high enthusiasm? What other things are important to you?
So here’s your opportunity to play Dr. Frankenstein and assemble your perfect coach from all the available parts. What say you?
