The WHL concluded its annual general managers meeting Tuesday, announcing a handful of minor changes in how the league operates. Nothing earth-shattering here. The most significant news is that video instant replay, which was used league-wide during the playoffs, will now be used in the regular season. Given the technology was already installed at all the arenas, this was inevitable.
