Arlington: $33,044 to Snohomish County Public Utility District for utilities; $8,152 to Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office for county jail services.
Lake Stevens: $3,327 to Blumenthal Uniforms of Seattle for police clothing; $341 to Allied Waste Services of Bellevue for dumpster rental and service; $218 to Crystal and Sierra Springs for bottled water.
Marysville: $102,842 to the city of Everett for water filtration; $36,000 to Reece Trucking and Excavating of Marysville to install a water meter; $1,276 to Clear Image Photography of Marysville for photos of the city’s father-daughter Valentine dance.
Monroe: $85.74 to Verizon Northwest for the Sky River Park pay phone; $2,109.50 to Northstar Chemical of Tacoma for scrubber chemicals; $19,460.85 to the Bud Clary Family of Dealerships in Longview for a 2010 Chevrolet Colorado pickup.
