Lake Stevens City Council, regular meeting, 7 tonight, Lake Stevens School District Educational Services Center, 12309 22nd Street NE., Lake Stevens. The agenda includes an economic strategy update.

Marysville City Council, regular meeting, 7 tonight, council chambers, Marysville City Hall, 1049 State Ave., Marysville. The council plans to choose a new council member to replace Robyn Ross, who resigned Aug. 31.
