Sibling preparation, 10 to 11:30 a.m. Feb. 25; $40 child. Children age 3 to 10 learn to understand the birth process and what it’s like to have a new baby in the family.

Childbirth preparation one-day seminar, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Feb. 26; $110 per couple.

Childbirth preparation four-hour refresher class, 10 a.m. Feb. 26; $50.

Lowering high blood pressure, 6 p.m. Feb. 28; free. Learn how exercise, nutrition, medications and positive lifestyle changes can help.

AARP driving, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Feb. 28 and March 1; $12 with AARP membership, otherwise $14. This eight-hour course is designed to help older people improve their driving skills. Certificates of completion qualify drivers age 55 and older for insurance discounts. Participants must attend both sessions for certification.

Mid-pregnancy, 7 to 9 p.m. Feb. 24; $30 per couple. This class is designed for women who are 12 to 20 weeks pregnant. Topics include physical and emotional changes, lifestyle changes, medical conditions, warning signs, comfort measures, relaxation and breathing techniques.
