Public meetings around Snohomish County canceled due to snow

Public meetings around the county were canceled because of the weather.

Government officials in Snohomish County, Monroe and Arlington among others have decided to reschedule their meetings for Tuesday and Wednesday until next week.

Snohomish County Council has canceled meetings on Wednesday. The general session and public hearing have been rescheduled for Jan. 25.

Public meetings in Everett, Monroe, Arlington, Edmonds and Snohomish were also canceled.

In Monroe and Snohomish, the city council meetings have been rescheduled for next Tuesday. Lynnwood canceled Tuesday and Wednesday meetings. Tuesday’s work session has been rescheduled to next Monday.

Arlington and Edmonds City Council meetings have been moved to Monday.

Tuesday’s Mukilteo City Council has been rescheduled to Jan. 30.

The Stanwood-Camano School Board has been canceled and rescheduled for next Tuesday. The work session and regular meeting for Snohomish County Fire District 1 has also been canceled.

Tuesday’s Island County Commissioners meeting has been canceled and moved to Monday.
