MILL CREEK — Shelby Merk batted 2-for-4 with a double and Joey Blackshear hit a home run to pace Kamiak to a victory over Jackson in a Wesco 4A South softball game. Knights starting pitcher Alisa Ortega threw a complete game, allowing two runs and scattering six hits in the win.
