During this past season Meadowdale wrestling coach Brian Boardman equated Morgan Smith’s work ethic with Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson.
All that hard work paid off.
On Monday Smith, who won a 3A state title at 160 pounds this past February, signed a National Letter of Intent to wrestle with Simon Fraser University next season.
Simon Fraser is in British Columbia but its wrestlers compete in the NCAA.
