Brier dedicates Hickory Way Park on Saturday

BRIER — A new park will be dedicated Saturday in Brier.
The ceremony is set for 2 p.m. at Hickory Way Park at the intersection of Poplar Way and Hickory Way, northeast of the Brier Park tennis courts.
“Please come and join in the celebration as we officially welcome the latest addition of park and open space in our city,” Mayor Bob Colinas wrote in an announcement. The 5.5-acre property was purchased through the Snohomish County Conservation Futures program.
