TV needs another late-night political talk series like a hole in the head, but “The Jim Jeffries Show” — with its irreverent Aussie host — promises to shake up the genre’s “humdrum formula.” We’re skeptical, but we’ll give him a shot. 10:30 p.m., Comedy Central.
