The documentary “Becoming Cary Grant” uses words from his unpublished autobiography along with newly discovered personal footage to provide an intimate view of one of Hollywood’s greatest stars. Along the way, it explores how he was troubled much of his life by self-doubt and insecurity due to childhood trauma. 9 p.m., Showtime.
