Same Investments of Bellevue has submitted an application for a site plan approval to build a 112-unit apartment complex at 18727 Blueberry Lane, Monroe. Review the project file at the City’s Permit Center, 806 West Main Street, Monroe. Written comments must be submitted on or before 5 p.m. on July 12.

Name change for Everett home health care provider

Gentiva Home Health of Everett is now Kindred at Home. The name change reflects that the business is now part of the Kindred Healthcare network of home health and hospice providers, nursing and rehabilitation centers and long-term acute care hospitals. The management, ownership and staff have not changed. Kindred Healthcare is based in Louisville, Kentucky.

Credit Unions for Kids to donate $1 million for unmet insurance costs

Credit Unions for Kids, founded by Northwest credit unions 30 years ago, have announced a commitment to raise $1 million over the next five years to be earmarked toward uncompensated care expenses that insurance doesn’t cover and families with sick children can’t afford. In recognition of the commitment, Seattle Children’s Hospital named a Skybridge after Credit Unions for Kids.
