Man struck, killed in Everett identified

EVERETT — A man who died after being struck by a Jeep in Everett on Dec. 8 has been identified as Mario Urbano, 56.
The driver, a 30-year-old woman, is suspected of being under the influence of alcohol and methamphetamine. She remains in the Snohomish County Jail on suspicion of vehicular homicide.
Police believe that Urbano was covering his car outside his Grand Avenue home in anticipation of snowfall when he was killed.
