Arlington man killed in three-car crash is identified

ARLINGTON — An Arlington man killed in an April 14 crash has been identified as Orville Burke, 86.

Three vehicles collided near the intersection of 204th Street NE and 77th Avenue NE. Burke was flown by helicopter to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle, where he died later that day.

Burke was born and raised in Granite Falls and spent the rest of his life in Arlington, according to his obituary in The Daily Herald. He served in the Korean War. At his request, no memorial is planned.

The crash remains under investigation by Arlington police.
