Woman in Everett inadvertently shoots self

EVERETT — A 44-year-old woman inadvertently shot herself in the shoulder Wednesday afternoon in Everett.
She had called for help around noon. Paramedics arrived at her apartment in the 1000 block of 75th Street SE, Everett police officer Aaron Snell said.
The woman was taken to Providence Regional Medical Center Everett. She was expected to survive.
