Locals help Special Olympics volleyball team stay unbeaten

SEATTLE — The Washington volleyball team remained unbeaten in pool play with 2-0 wins over New York and Florida in the Special Olympics USA Games on Tuesday at the University of Washington.

Team Washington is 4-0 in pool play, which concludes Wednesday. The team includes five Snohomish County players: Stacey Conser (Lynnwood), Andrea Hall (Marysville), Marcus Hall (Marysville), Jeff Kirby (Everett) and Roland Kirby (Marysville).
