Music at the Marina: Free outdoor concerts, 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Thursdays and Saturdays through Aug. 30, except Aug. 18 during Fresh Paint Festival of Working Artists, Port Gardner Landing, 1700 W. Marine View Drive. This week’s acts are the Nick Drummond Band, upbeat alt-folk, July 19, and YOGOMAN, Jamaica-New Orleans dance rhythms, July 21. More at www.everettwa.gov.

Soulevard: The Kirkland band is performing at 5:30 p.m. July 19 at the Marysville Opera House, 1225 Third St., Marysville. Soulevard plays blues, soul and jazz covers, as well as some R&B and funk tunes. Tickets are $5. More at www.marysvillewa.gov or call 360-363-8400.

Remedy Drive: The alt-rock band from Nashville will perform at 7 p.m. July 19 at Legion Memorial Park, 114 N. Olympic Ave., Arlington. The concert is sponsored by Calvary Church and the park’s stage builder, Johnny Green. More at calvaryarlington.com.

S.S. Scuttlebutt: The July concert is 7 to 11 p.m. July 20 at the Scuttlebutt Brewing Taproom, 3314 Cedar St., Everett. Featuring performances by The Grizzled Mighty, Madi Sipes & The Painted Blue and Bad Optics. The S.S. Marysville Sound of Summer Concert Series: Gin Gypsy will perform at 7 p.m. July 20 at Jennings Memorial Park, 6915 Armar Road, Marysville. The Skagit County band plays swing and rockabilly music. The show is part of the 2018 Marysville Sounds of Summer Concert Series, featuring live music every Friday, through Aug. 10. All concerts are free and begin at 7 p.m. Next up is File Gumbo, July 27. Music in the Museum: The classical music series continues with the works of French composer Maurice Ravel. Violinist Pamela Liu and pianist David Tan will perform at 6 p.m. July 20 at Cascadia Art Museum, 190 Sunset Ave., Edmonds. The duo will perform “Sonata No. 2 in G major,” “Piece en Forme de Habanera” and “Tzigane Rhapsodie De Concert.” Tickets are $10 for museum members, $15 for non-members and includes admission to museum exhibits. Octava Chamber Orchestra: The final concert of the season is at 7:30 p.m. July 21 at Edmonds United Methodist Church, 828 Caspers St., Edmonds. Roy Zimmerman: The satirical singer/songwriter will perform at 7:30 p.m. July 21 at Evergreen Unitarian Universalist Fellowship, 1607 Fourth St., Marysville. Zimmerman, who sings funny songs about ignorance, war and greed, has shared the stage with Bill Maher, Robin Williams and George Carlin. Suggested donation is $20. Darrington Bluegrass Festival: The 42nd annual festival is July 21-23 at Darrington Bluegrass Music Park, 3 miles west of town on Highway 530; 360-436-1006. Features nationally known and regional bluegrass bands. Be sure to see the Combinations, the band led by Darrington’s Bertha Nations. Stanwood Summer Concert Series: The Moon Daddy Band is performing in the Stanwood Summer Concert Series at 4 p.m. July 21 near the Bank of America, 26929 102nd Ave. NW, Stanwood. The Seattle group plays blues and classic rock with a Latin flair, as well as Santana covers. The free concert series continues every Saturday through Aug. 18. Canalón de Timibquí: The all-female group will perform African and Latin American traditional music unique to Colombia’s Pacific coast at 7:30 p.m. July 25 at Edmonds Center for the Arts, 410 Fourth Ave. N., Edmonds. The group sings and plays marimbas, guasa percussion and other drums to embody the spirit of the jungle, the river and the miners from their region. Tickets start at $19. Edmonds Summer Concerts in City Park: Richard Allen and The Louisiana Project perform at 3 p.m. July 29 in Edmonds City Park, Third Avenue S. and Pine Street. Edmonds Hazel Miller Plaza Concerts: Choroloco performs in the concert series July 31 at Fifth Avenue S. and Maple Street. Free. Tuesday shows take place from noon to 1 p.m., and Thursday shows are from 5 to 6:30 p.m. Choroloco is an acoustic trio that plays a form of Brazilian pop music using traditional instruments, including the seven-string guitar, bandolim and cavaquinho. Tulalip Summer Concert Series: The Isley Brothers and The Pointer Sisters will share the stage at 7 p.m. Aug. 3 at the Tulalip Amphitheatre, 10200 Quil Ceda Blvd., Tulalip.
