One-stop yard sale shopping
The annual “Mother Of All Garage Sales” in northwest Everett is 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday. More than 100 families have goods. Food trucks and maps will be at Drew Nielsen Neighborhood Park.

Fabric sale benefits Project Linus
Project Linus of Snohomish County holds a sale of fabric, yarn and more, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Friday and 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday at Zion Lutheran Church’s parish hall, at the corner of Fourth Street and Union Avenue in Snohomish. Find different types of fabrics, yarns, sewing machines (including two treadle sewing machines), sewing machine cabinet, books, patterns, notions and lots more.

Upcoming pancake breakfasts
Edmonds: 8:30-9:30 a.m. Aug. 3 (first Friday) at the Edmonds Senior Center, 220 Railroad Ave. Pancakes, strawberry compote, eggs, ham, biscuits and sausage gravy, beverages. Cost is $5.
Bothell: 8-11 a.m. Aug. 4 and 18 (first and third Saturdays) at the Northshore Senior Center, 10201 E Riverside Drive. Pancakes, eggs, ham (first Saturday) or sausage (third Saturday), coffee or tea, and orange juice. Cost is $5.
Snohomish: 8:30-10:30 a.m. Aug. 4 (first Saturday) at the Snohomish Senior Center, 506 Fourth St. Pancakes, French toast, sausage, ham, biscuits and gravy, and scrambled eggs. Cost is $5, $3 for kids.
Monroe: 8-10 a.m. Aug. 18 (third Saturday) at the Monroe Community Senior Center, 276 Sky River Parkway. Pancakes, French toast, eggs, ham or sausage, beverages. Cost is $5, $3 younger than 12.
Clown visit at Mukilteo Library
The annual Storytime Carnival welcomes Charles the Clown for a visit, 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Thursday at the Mukilteo Library, 4675 Harbour Pointe Blvd. Featuring Biscuit the dog puppet, balloons and magic.

Contribute to time capsule
The Everett Public Library invites people of all ages to contribute to a time capsule celebrating Everett’s 125th anniversary. Send a message 50 years into the future by sharing a story, poem or drawing that describes your favorite place in Everett or what you think Everett will be like in the future. Time capsule entry forms are available at both Everett Public Library locations. The time capsule will be sealed Aug. 19.

MEETING
Yacht club invites new members
The Camano Island Yacht Club celebrates its 50th anniversary with a Beach Party on Aug. 25. The event features a concert by Jr. Cadillac and a barbecue meal. Tickets are $30. The event also launches a new-member drive.
