Access may be limited at Naval Station Everett on Wednesday

EVERETT — People may not be able to get into Naval Station Everett during certain times on Wednesday.

Security training may close the main gate for five minute intervals between 11 a.m. and noon. There also may be loudspeaker announcements and more security than usual near the waterfront.

This same exercise is also planned for Sept. 19. These sort of drills are expected to continue regularly for the next several months, according to base officials.
