It is my pleasure to wholeheartedly support John Steckler for the Mill Creek City Council, Position 1. His stellar qualifications and achievements are unmatched.

John and his family have been residents of Mill Creek for 23 years and have made many significant contributions to the community. John is a current Mill Creek council member and his service during his one-year tenure has been outstanding. His extensive business background, inquisitive nature, creativity and pragmatic problem-solving approach have been assets to the council and the community.

John has been a multi-year Boy Scout leader and merit badge counselor; school volunteer and chaperone, music and arts booster, volunteer and fundraiser for Jackson High School Choir and Band Boosters, Boys & Girls Club, Rotary, Mill Creek Kiwanis and many non-profit organizations. He also serves as volunteer auctioneer, emcee, and Santa for non-profit groups.

Educational and professional qualifications: John is a graduate of University of Washington, BA. Professionally, he is semi-retired and does some selected consulting work. His past business career includes senior executive marketing vice president positions.

When it comes time to vote, compare Steckler’s qualifications and achievements; they are unmatched.

I am John Steckler’s proud father-in-law and know him best.
