Four AquaSox pitchers combine for two-hit shutout of Dust Devils

PASCO — Four pitchers combined for a two-hit shutout and the Everett AquaSox beat the Tri-City Dust Devils 1-0 on Tuesday night at Gesa Stadium.

Prelander Berroa struck out seven and allowed two walks and one hit over five innings, Matthew Willrodt (1-1) tossed two hitless innings, Isaiah Campbell added one more and Kyle Hill escaped a two-jam in the ninth for his fourth save.

Victor Labrada delivered the deciding blow with an RBI triple in the top of the seventh for the AquaSox (40-41).

Connor Higgins (0-1) allowed a run on one hit and one walk and took the loss for the Dust Devils (35-44).
