Pharmacist guided us in serious situation

I am a bit remiss in the timeliness of this letter, but it is a note to compliment “Marnie” of the Marysville Albertson’s pharmacy department who was so very patient in responding to my wife’s blood pressure problem on July 31.

We are “mature” adults and sometimes receive less than attentive service, but Marnie was very aware of our concern and risk of my wife’s blood pressure reading. She was very pleasant, courteous and extremely helpful, as well as being very patient dealing with our anxieties, the risks, and trying to help us determine what we should do.

As a result of Marnie’s advice, we ended up going to the walk-in clinic, and subsequently to the hospital ER. If it had not been for her dedication, we might not have been aware of the seriousness of the situation and dismissed my wife’s condition as the “aging process.” Her dedication to customer service speaks extremely highly of both her and the Albertson’s organization.

In these times, it seems we are all too busy to say thanks, but I just wanted everyone to know how professionally and skillfully Marnie represented her profession and Albertson’s. I didn’t mean to get so wordy, but was so impressed with her dedication to customer service that I got carried away.
