Can feds dance away the deficit?

I read in Thursday’s Herald that Honey’s strip club will be closed (and actually demolished) while three other strip clubs are to be seized by the federal government. Except for the one in Tacoma, I have “driven by” the other two establishments many times.

I am wondering if the feds are going to operate these establishments as they did in the case of the Mustang Ranch several years ago. How do I know this to be true? Sorry, that information is highly classified…
