If you get the paper delivered to your home and office, you already know that the Port of Everett has reached a deal with four Puget Sound Native American tribes to allow construction of a new pier to be used by Boeing.
You’d also know that the port plans to charge Boeing a surcharge on cargos shipped over the pier, to make up a $5 million budget overrun.
