Mill Creek’s Community and Economic Development director honored

Tom Rogers was recognized at the May 2 Mill Creek City Council meeting for his 25 years of service to the city. Rogers is the director of the Community and Economic Development department, a role he has held since 2012.
He provides direction and guidance on project planning for the City, overseeing the City’s development activities.
