Avery Harber, Everett swimming

Harber, a freshman, won all four events she entered — two as an individual and part of two relays — to help the Seagulls beat Lynnwood 101-82 at Forest Park Pool.

Gunnar Thorstenson, Shorewood tennis

Thorstenson, a senior, beat Edmonds-Woodway’s Nick Berni in a taut three-set thriller, coming from behind to win after losing the first set 7-5. He won the second set 7-5 and took the third in a tiebreaker to help the T-Birds to a 6-1 win.

Chase Sprink, Glacier Peak soccer

Sprink, a junior midfielder, scored in the 69th minute off a feed from Haley Grambo to help the Grizzlies stun Jackson 1-0 in Wesco 4A action.

Espy Sanchez, Stanwood soccer

Sanchez, a senior, scored four goals and tacked on an assist as the Spartans thrashed Marysville Pilchuck 8-1.
