EVERETT — Morgan Epperson pitched a complete game, Teagan Carroll hit two home runs and seventh-seeded Marysville Getchell clinched its first-ever state tournament berth with a victory over fifth-seeded Everett in a winner-to-state Class 3A District 1 tournament game.
Everett plays Monroe in a winner-to-state, loser-out game scheduled for 6 p.m.

EVERETT — Lexi Eck swatted two home runs and Sixth-seeded Arlington knocked off fourth-seeded Monroe in a winner-to-state Class 3A District 1 tournament game.
Monroe plays Everett in a winner-to-state, loser-out game scheduled for 6 p.m.

EVERETT — Emma Nagy homered and drove in three runs and also tossed three shutout innings in the circle as fourth-seeded Monroe routed fifth-seeded Everett in a winner-to-state, loser-out Class 3A District 1 tournament game.

SEDRO-WOOLLEY— Granite Falls kept its season alive with a victory over Meridian in a loser-out Class 1A Bi-District 1/2 tournament game.
The Tigers advance to face Mount Baker in a loser-out contest 11 a.m. Saturday at Janicki Fields.

YELM — Darrington fell to Quilcene in a tight winner-to-state Class 1B Bi-District 1/2 tournament title game.
The Loggers face the second-place team from the District 4 tournament in a winner-to-state, loser-out game 1 p.m. Saturday at Shelton High School.
