Pedestrian identified in fatal crash on Everett Avenue

EVERETT — A pedestrian struck and killed Saturday on Everett Avenue has been identified.

Around 5:10 p.m., Everett police and firefighters responded to the crash in the 2400 block of Everett Avenue, according to the Everett Police Department.

The pedestrian, identified as Keven Bowder, was pronounced dead at the scene. He was 63.

The driver, a man in his 20s, stayed at the scene and cooperated with investigators, Everett police officer Ora Hamel said.

The driver was not expected to face any charges, Hamel said Sunday.
