Here’s the must-do diversion of the day: See what you would look like as a Funko character.
The Everett company that makes the loveable, big-headed, wide-eyed Pop! figurines that line the shelves of many big-box retailers has created a new online feature called Pop! Yourself.
The feature allows you to create a digital avatar for your online profile on Funko’s website, apps and future features that are still on the way.
People can choose between body types, faces, hair, outfits and accessories that include Steampunk goggles, a camera and even a male unicorn horn. (It doesn’t explain why the horn feature is male.)
“We will be adding new items on a regular basis so you can always keep your avatar current with a fresh, new look,” according to the Funko blog. “Most of all, it’s just fun to see what you’d look like as a Pop!”
Funko is based in Everett and is in the midst of moving to new corporate offices with a headquarters store in downtown Everett.
