Canyons Restaurants, a Southwestern-style Puget Sound-area eatery, plans to open its fourth location March 16 in Monroe.
The 6,000-square-foot restaurant features a smoke-free environment aimed at families, individual and groups. It features seven digital wide-screen TVs, four 43-inch high-definition plasma screens and one 50-inch plasma screen in the bar. While the TVs show sports during the evening, they can be used for multi-media presentations during morning and lunchtime business meetings.
Canyons offers free high-speed wireless Internet connections to customers.
A pre-grand opening is March 13 through 15 and features half-price meals.

25 for $25: Select Seattle area restaurants are participating in the “25 for $25 Dine Around Seattle.”
Through March, diners can purchase fixed-price lunches for $12.50 and dinners for $25 Sundays through Thursdays. Each restaurant will decide whether they will offer lunch, dinner or both, but all meals will include three courses with three choices per course.
