Spring plant sales in Snohomish County

Find perennials, vegetable starts, shrubs and more at these sales, which raise money for horticulture scholarships.

Monroe Garden Club

MONROE — The Monroe Garden Club will hold its annual plant sale from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. May 4 in front of the Monroe Community Senior Center, 276 Sky River Parkway, Monroe.

Shoppers will find a wide selection of perennials, vegetable starts and shrubs. Cash, checks, debit or credit cards will be accepted.

The plant sale is the club’s primary fundraiser. The proceeds fund a scholarship for a high school senior majoring in the horticultural field as well as several community projects such as the city flower baskets. The sale is held in conjunction with the senior center’s annual Spring Bazaar, which offers gifts, crafts, jewelry and more.
