SNOHOMISH — Some 300 households whose water lines were damaged by flooding no longer need to boil water.

Officials lifted the advisory Friday, according to a state Department of Health press release.

The warning went in effect Jan. 8, after waters from the Pilchuck River had damaged a water transmission line. Crews have repaired the damage, and tests show that water is now safe to drink, officials say.
