Miguel A. Morales

Age: 56

Height: 5 feet 4 inches

Weight: 158 pounds

Hair: Black

Eyes: Brown

Morales has a warrant for failing to report to the state Department of Corrections. He is being supervised for third-degree assault of a child.

Sylvester Tuggles

Age: 42

Height: 5 feet 8 inches

Weight: 180 pounds

Hair: Black

Eyes: Brown

Tuggles has a warrant for failing to report to the state Department of Corrections. He is being supervised for second-degree identity theft. Tuggles is a Level 1 sex offender.
